Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

Our systems may include third-party tools (e.g., Angular, Docker, Kafka, Microsoft Products, specific databases, etc.). These are governed by their own licenses.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to keep DMW&H’s proprietary information private and not share it without written permission.

5. Data Usage

DMW&H may collect system usage data to improve performance and ensure compliance. You own your input data but grant us rights to use it for service delivery.

6. Support Access

Remote access may be required for support. You are responsible for maintaining secure access for DMW&H support teams.

7. No Warranties

DMW&H provides services and software “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

8. Limited Liability

DMW&H is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, you must stop using our software and services.

10. Export Laws

You must follow U.S. export laws. Our software may not be used in restricted regions.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, these terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes will be resolved in the State of Michigan.

12. Security Controls

DMW&H implements industry-standard security controls to protect data and systems. Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel and managed through role-based permissions.

13. Security Assurance

We regularly monitor and review our systems to ensure compliance with security standards. Internal checks and audits are performed to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
