Our Mission

To empower our Customers with innovative material handling solutions that streamline efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth.

Our Story

In 1964 Frank Hoenigmann and Kent Warner founded Warner & Hoenigmann, a material handling business that was later renamed W&H Systems, reflecting the company’s evolution and growth.

Half-century later, in December 2015, Dearborn Mid-West Company’s material handling division acquired W&H Systems and rebranded the organization to DMW&H.

DMW&H continues to design, integrate, install, and support automated material handling systems, specializing in the wine and spirits, retail, food and beverage, and post and parcel industries. Leveraging their indaGO software, DMW&H provides state-of-the-art solutions that optimize automated operations for their Customers.
