At DMW&H, Jim McLafferty is Director of the Professional Services Group, which is responsible for all facets of customer service including technical support, software and patch management, audits, maintenance services, parts, and preventive maintenance. PSG solves customers’ issues through preventive measures such as scheduled maintenance visits or software audits and by offering comprehensive service agreements. They address downtime issues expeditiously through remote troubleshooting or on-site visits if necessary. The team works proactively with customers to identify upcoming challenges, such as software updates, and jointly works out plans to mitigate these risks.
