Joe Colletti

President of DMW&H, brings 30 years of experience in executive management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, service and business development. Previously he was president of the Material Handling Systems Division of Dearborn Mid-West Company, helping to position the organization as a top 20 systems supplier by Modern Materials Handling magazine.

Ken Knapp

COO of DMW&H, is charged with the task to develop vertical services to the current client base and other potential customers. Ken joined DMW&H in 1991, and previously worked in positions from Field Administrator to Vice President of Operations, which encompassed internal coordination of a 100+ person team and sensitive external negotiations with high-level executives in the Retail Distribution Market. Ken has a Technical Degree from Brick Computer Science Institute, with a concentration in Computer and Microprocessor Electronics. He has attended Executive Development Programs on Finance, Strategic Planning and Business Management at Columbia University and The Wharton School. In addition to spending time with his family, Ken also enjoys boating, motorsports and other outdoor activities.

Paul Laman

Vice President of DMW&H, heads up the Food & Beverage Group. Paul is responsible for all revenue acquisition as well as all of the design application to the fastest growing segment of the business. Paul joined DMW&H in 1989 after holding various sales positions in the finance and insurance industries. For DMW&H Paul held positions of Mechanical Engineer, Systems Engineer, Project Manager and Systems Manager. Paul is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He belonged to various Honor Societies throughout his academic career. Paul’s knowledge of distribution for the Wholesale Wine & Spirits Industry is unmatched in this country. He is widely regarded as the utmost authority in this viable niche market. Paul enjoys traveling and spending time with his family as well as serving with various charities.

Frank Schlogl

Manager of System Integration, has been with DMW&H since 1993, when he was a Project Manager. Prior to coming to DMW&H, Frank served as Engineering Manager for 7 years, at a Plastics Extrusion OEM, where he supervised Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Installation and Manufacturing. Since joining W&H, his technical expertise, acute conception ability, absolute thoroughness and a personality that can talk to any and all levels have earned him recognition and promotion. As Manager of System Integration, Frank supervises the Software and Controls departments and is an integral part of upfront designs, data analysis and simulations.

Allen Sisk

Senior Analyst in the DMW&H Design/Build Division, manages Analysis and Design projects for the Group. Allen has over 28 years of supply chain consulting experience. Allen’s strengths are facility design, supply chain process re-engineering, distribution systems and operations improvement. He has designed and implemented over 80 material handling systems or re-configurations. He applies his extensive expertise in process analysis and systems design to produce the most cost effective distribution solutions for clients. Allen joined DMW&H in 2000 after many years as a supply chain consultant for two “Big Five” consulting firms. Allen is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. He has also completed the IIE Material Handling Management Course and is a member of several distribution industry specific focus groups. Allen enjoys traveling and experiencing what other cultures have to offer, especially in the food & beverage arena.

Jim Huston

Manager of Systems Engineering, has over 19 years of material handling experience. Jim specializes in distribution center facility design, distribution systems and developing estimated costs of proposed and designed material handling systems. He has designed and implemented over 250 material handling systems or re-configurations.

Chris Castaldi

As Vice President of Sales at DMW&H, Chris has over 25 years of experience in the material handling industry, for companies like Komatsu, FKI Logistex and AL Systems. Chris is not only a sales representative for DMW&H but is also leading our Marketing Team in a new direction with the focus on strengthening the company’s image and presence in the market place.

Paul Hendrikse

Paul Hendrikse, as Systems Manager, is responsible for the design and development of Garment on Hanger (GOH) Systems and Direct to Consumer Fulfillment Systems within clients’ warehouses and distribution centers. He delivers concepts for e-commerce order fulfillment with various degrees of automation that meet or exceed clients’ requirements in the retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer markets.

Bill O’Boyle

Bill O’Boyle is a 30-year veteran of the supply chain industry with expertise in distribution and warehousing. He is a Senior Account Manager with DMW&H, working for the company for the past 17 years. Bill’s strengths include an extensive application engineering experience in high speed unit handling conveying and sorting systems for a variety of retail and wholesale distribution of general merchandise, wine & spirits, footwear and direct to consumer applications.

Jim McLafferty

Jim McLafferty is Director of the Professional Services Group at DMW&H. He brings 25+ years of experience in the material handling industry, building lasting partnerships with clients by delivering cost effective, high quality professional services that keep clients’ businesses operating smoothly and efficiently. Jim leads the team of the Professional Services Group, which offers needs analysis and process improvements, ergonomic studies, material handling systems design and engineering, space calculations, customer service and support, warehouse slotting, material handling systems audits and optimization management. Jim is also a thought leader in postal deliveries and parcel shipments, and the equipment and systems needed within a warehouse or distribution center to facilitate package deliveries.
